We" (Avoir La Banane) provide a way for you to communicate your orders ("Orders") for products ("Products") to the delivery or takeaway restaurant ("Restaurant") displayed on the Website.
1. Reservation:
- Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance and must be made no later than 3 days before the delivery date or to take away
- A credit card may be required to secure a reservation.
2. Payment:
- We accept cash (it's better for us)
- We do not accept personal checks.
- For collection & delivery : we'll send you an email with informations for the payment.
3. How to make an order & and how it is processed:
- Pre order your food by selecting the products you wich in "ORDER YOUR FOOD". You will be given to submit your pre order by clicking "SUBMIT". It is important that you check all the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking or selecting this button; once you do so we will start processing your Order and errors cannot be corrected.
- If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you may contact the Restaurant directly to communicate your request no later than 24 hours in advance by calling the following number : 07 934 52 85 50
- You can choose the time that suits you and allow a maximum of 60 minutes to receive your order.
-The dishes are available from 2:00 PM until 9:30 pm at the address restaurant.
4. Refund:
- Refunds will only be given if you cancel 24 hours before your reservation.
- Refunds will not be given if you cancel over 24 hours after your reservation.
5. Disclaimer:
- Allergy, dietary and other menu information: We write the item names, descriptions, prices, special offer information, heat and allergenic warnings and other information from the menus that are provided. If you are in doubt about allergy warnings, contents of a dish or any other Menu Information, you should confirm with the Restaurant directly before ordering.
- We are not responsible for any injury or illness resulting from the consumption of our food or beverages.
